POPPY SEED LOAF DELIGHT 
3 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients 1 to 2 minutes at high speed with mixer. Pour into 2 large greased and floured loaf pans.

GLAZE: Mix all ingredients together. Let cake cool 5 minutes then pour glaze over warm cake. Let stand 20 minutes more then remove from pan and wrap.
