PECAN PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 tsp. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar. Set aside.

Combine baking powder, pecans, graham crackers and vanilla. Fold into egg white mixture and turn into greased pie pan. Bake in 325 degree oven about 40 minutes or until top looks well browned. Let pie set in refrigerator and top with whipped cream before serving. Note: No pie crust.
