MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 lbs. potatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook potatoes, add rest of ingredients and beat. Cook covered in a 2 quart casserole at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, uncover the last 10 minutes.
