MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 c. (2 1/2 lbs.) peeled quartered potatoes
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. onion powder or garlic salt
Paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper

Boil potatoes until tender (25-30 minutes). Drain well. Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in Miracle Whip, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy. Spoon into 1 1/2- quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or cover tightly and freeze. To serve, thaw and bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees or until thoroughly heated.
