POTATO CASSEROLE 
Potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery OR mushroom soup
Onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper & garlic (optional)
Cornflakes OR crackers, mashed (for topping)

Peel and boil potatoes (6 or 7). Cut up in small squares. Add above ingredients. Bake 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
