MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lb. potatoes (12 servings, instant)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Salt
Paprika
Butter

Cook potatoes and mash. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream and spices. Put in baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees covered.
