COCONUT PECAN PIE | |
3 eggs 3.4 c. sugar 3/4 c. dark corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 c. pecan halves 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add butter to egg mixture. Stir in pecans and coconut, mixing well. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes or until pie is set. |
