CRISP ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 env. Lipton Onion-Mushroom Soup Mix
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. thyme, optional
1 tsp. marjoram, optional
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. potatoes, quartered

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat. Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
