1 env. Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 lbs. potatoes, quartered (do not peel)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients in roasting pan except potatoes. Add potatoes and coat well with mixture. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and brown. Stir occasionally.

Good served with sour cream topping on the side.
