OVEN ROASTED POTATOES | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. oil Potatoes Season salt Peel potatoes, slice in 8 or 9 inch baking pan. Melt butter and add oil. Mix and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with season salt. Cook until golden brown. Turn potatoes once throughout cooking. Cook 45 to 60 minutes, oven temperature 400 degrees. |
