OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter

Peel potatoes and cut in lengthwise wedges. Combine flour, cheese and paprika. Dip potatoes in milk, then in flour mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
