GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 lg. potatoes, pared and diced
1/3 c. butter

Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in bag. Moisten potatoes with water; add a few at a time to bag. Shake, coating thoroughly. Melt butter in 13 x 9 casserole; place potatoes in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, turning once.
