GOLDEN POTATO BAKE 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 med. potatoes, peeled and diced
1 med. onion, diced fine
3/4 tsp. salt
Paprika
Dill

In small saucepan stir together first four ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for approximately one minute. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Stirring constantly, cooking until thick, but DO NOT BOIL. Add the cheese; stir until melted.

In a large bowl toss sauce with potatoes, onion and salt. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dill (to taste). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 4-6.
