GARDEN SALAD MOLD 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 green onions, sliced thin
1 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Salad greens

Soften gelatin in water; set aside. Combine broth, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole.

Microwave (high), uncovered, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. Stir in softened gelatin. Cool until mixture just starts to thicken. Stir in tomatoes, onions, cucumber and pepper. Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until set Unmold onto salad greens.

Favorite salad ingredients are combined in a gelatin mold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
