EASY EGGNOG 
3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar and nutmeg. Add pudding mix. Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Chill. Serve topped with additional sprinkle of nutmeg. Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
