SKILLET STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter and butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1/2 c. cooked mushrooms (optional)
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter, saute onion until lightly browned. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add flour, salt, sugar, paprika, and nutmeg; blend. Add mushroom soup and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Add sour cream, cover and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over crisp noodles. Chow mein. Serves 4-6.
