TOFFEE ROCA CANDY 
1 lb. butter, melted (not butter)
2 c. sugar
Finely chopped walnuts, desired amount
3 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Boil butter and sugar to 310 degrees, third heat. Stir often, because it burns easily. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with waxed paper. Spread approximately 1 1/2 packages of chocolate chips on the bottom. Top with about 1/2 the nuts. After butter/sugar mixture has boiled, pour over the nuts and chips. Spread remaining chips over top. Top with remaining nuts. Press lightly with hands. Cool. Break into pieces.

This makes a great Christmas candy to give as gifts.
