TOFFEE CANDY 
2/3 c. butter
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil until soft ball stage without stirring. Boil stirring until 290 degrees or soft crack stage. Remove from heat and add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Pour in cake pan so it's thin. Put Hershey bars on top so they melt or use melted chocolate chips. Break into pieces.
