TOFFEE CANDY 
Line medium cookie sheet with foil. Lay saltine crackers side by side on foil. Cook 1 cup of brown sugar and 2 sticks of butter; boil for 3 minutes. Pour and spread over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

Take out of oven and pour a 12-ounce package of chocolate chips on top. Let melt, then spread evenly. Chill in the refrigerator. After chilled, break into small pieces.
