SHOO FLY PIE 
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

CRUMB TOP:

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. shortening

BOTTOM:

2 c. molasses, light molasses or King Syrup
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda added to 2 cups boiling water

Mix crumb topping. Mix bottom ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells. Pour crumbs over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
