HAM LOAF 
2/3 lb. ground cooked ham
1 1/3 lb. fresh ground pork
1 c. crackers, do not use meal
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well and make into a loaf. Bake 1 hour in 350 degrees. Make a glaze of 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon dry mustard, 1/4 cup vinegar. Pour over loaf before baking. Serve with horseradish sauce.

HORSERADISH SAUCE:

1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt

Whip cream and add horseradish and salt. Serve with ham loaf.
