GRANDMA'S CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. sharp Pinconning cheese (from Michigan)
4-5 hard boiled eggs
1 small onion
seasoning salt (Lawry's)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento

Shred or grate 1 lb. sharp Pinconning cheese. Finely chop hard boiled eggs and onion. Drain and add pimento.

Mix all ingredients together. Add a few dashes of Lawry's seasoning salt and mayonnaise. Mix until combined.

Note: Mayonnaise is used as the binder - use more or less as needed.

Chill for at least 24 hours for best flavor.
