DUTCH BABIES 
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. milk

Melt the butter in a 2 quart oven proof bowl at 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the milk, flour, baking powder, and eggs. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Pour batter into hot butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 minutes. DO NOT open oven door while baking. Sprinkle a few drops lemon juice on a slice of Dutch baby and top with scattered powder sugar.
