1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 carton Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. pkg. (1/2 c.) pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add a few ice cubes and set in refrigerator until partially set. Add other ingredients. Reserve some orange slices for garnishing.
