CORN BREAD SALAD 
1 recipe corn bread, crumbled (see note)
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp fried, crumbled
2 green peppers, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pickle juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Note: Make corn bread, using 2 cups cornmeal, according to directions on cornmeal package.

Layer corn bread, bacon, green peppers, onions and tomatoes in large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sweet pickles.

Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice and sugar in small bowl and blend well. Drizzle over salad. Toss lightly just before serving.
