TEXAS CORN BREAD SALAD 
Cook corn bread, crumble in bowl. Add salad dressing or mayonnaise - enough to moisten. Add diced tomatoes, fresh green onions (chopped), salt and pepper to taste. Cook bacon and drain well. Crumble into corn bread mixture. Serve on lettuce leaf. Taste just like bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich.
