MARINATED MUSHROOMS | |
2 (16 oz.) cans button mushrooms with liquid 1 1/4 c. white wine 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. butter 1 pkg. Lipton's French Onion Soup Follow directions for onion soup, then add the other ingredients and cook all together. This can be refrigerated and reheated; also, it can be stored in refrigerator for a few days and still be good. Serve this warm, but not hot. It is different than other marinated mushrooms and very tasty. Serve in a cup with about 6 mushrooms plus liquid. Serves 8. Per Serving: Cal 200; Pro 3.2 gm; CHO 8.7 gm; Fat 15.7 gm; Chol 77 mg; Sodium 532 mg. Diabetic Exchanges: Vegetable - 1 1/2; fat - 3. |
