1 c. plus 1 tbsp. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
3 c. zucchini, cut up thin
1/2 c. oil
Salt and pepper
Sprinkle of garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano

Mix all together and put into a greased glass pie plate and bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
