TINA'S CHICKEN DIVAN | |
2 to 3 lb. chicken breast tenderloins 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 bag frozen chopped or cut broccoli 1/4 mayonnaise 1 large can cream of mushroom soup (family size) 24 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (yes it's alot, but tastes oh.. so good!) Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat chicken with bread crumbs, fry in oil until done. Meanwhile in large dish, combine remaining ingredients. Place chicken in single layer in baking pan. Spread cheese mixture over chicken and bake at 350°F for about 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly or until top is browned. Submitted by: Tina Macken |
