Cooked potatoes (10)
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese with chives
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon (6), chopped

Mash up potatoes. Add all ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated. Add NO milk.
