CHEESED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
10 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
Seasoned salt

Remove stems and wash mushrooms. Drain on paper towel. Combine remaining ingredients. Place mushrooms in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Fill hollows with bacon and cheese mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve while hot.
