2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients by hand. Mix until all lumps are dissolved. Pour into bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. You may ice with a thin butter icing.
