1 c. milk
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip (3/4 c.)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding

Mix in large bowl and blend thoroughly. Fold rest of ingredients. 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Pour into 9 inch square pan. Chill. Cut in squares.
