HODGES CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
1 green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt, pepper and red pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix eggs and mayonnaise in small bowl. Combine crab, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Add egg sauce. Put into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4-6 servings.
