12 soda crackers, crushed (18 thins)
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually to egg whites. Mix together. Fold in chopped nuts and the crackers. Bake in a greased pie t in at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with fruit and whipped cream.

For a 9x13 inch pan, use these amounts. 6 egg whites 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts 1 tsp. baking powder
