SAVORY SHRIMP SALAD | |
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, cleaned, chilled Stir together first 6 ingredients. Cover, chill at least 2 hours. If desired, serve shrimp and dressing on avocado and tomato wedges. Makes 4 servings. |
