GROUND BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. noodles
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
Cheese slices
Buttered bread crumbs

Cook noodles in salted water and drain; add carrots, green pepper and butter. Place in casserole. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs; spread over noodle mixture. Cover with cheese slices and buttered bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
