RYAN'S FAVORITE LEMON BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
Dash of salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour

Cream butter and powdered sugar, add flour. Mix well. Spread in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat sugar into eggs gradually. Add salt and lemon juice. Add baking powder and flour. Mix thoroughly. Spread over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares. Freezes well.
