HEAVENLY BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
12 tbsp. cocoa mixed with 6 tbsp. oil
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 - 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix cocoa with oil. Melt butter. Then mix all ingredients together. Spread in well greased pan (13x9). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool and frost.

FUDGE FROSTING:

Melt 1/4 cup butter.

Add:

1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa

Bring to boil and remove form heat. Beat in 1 pound powdered sugar (sifted) with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in vanilla (1 teaspoon).
