VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can niblet corn
1 can French style green beans
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream

Mix all above ingredients well. Crumble two rounds of Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick of melted butter. Place mixed ingredients in large casserole dish and sprinkle crackers and butter mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (about 30 minutes).
