PORK `N CORN CASSEROLE 
Pork chops
1 pkg. Shake `N Bake for pork
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 cans corn niblets plus juice

Spread corn on bottom of casserole. Mix dry mustard and brown sugar with Shake `N Bake package. Soak pork chops in milk; coat with Shake `N Bake mixture. Place breaded chops on top of corn. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
