1 German chocolate cake mix

Follow directions baking in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Cool cake. Poke holes in the cake with a straw.

Mix a can of sweetened condensed milk with a 12 ounce jar of caramel ice cream topping. Let it soak into cake by pouring over top. Top with Cool Whip or whipping cream. Bake 4 or 5 Heath bars into small chips and top the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
