TURTLE CAKE 
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 milk chocolate cake mix

ICING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
8 tbsp. evaporated milk
4 tbsp. butter

Make cake as directed. Pour 1/2 of batter in greased sheet cake pan and bake until done. Meanwhile melt caramels in milk and butter. Stir until smooth. Pour done cake and top with rest of batter. Return to oven and cook until rest of batter is done.

Mix cocoa, powdered sugar, warm milk and butter; spread on top of cake. Nuts can be added to caramel mixture if desired.
