TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, minced
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped cashews (optional)
2 tsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients, using half of the noodles. Pour mixture in a greased casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles over the top and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
