TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can chunk tuna (7 oz.)
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped cashews

Put 3/4 chow mein noodles in a bowl and set aside for topping. Mix other ingredients with noodles. Put in buttered casserole and top with rest of noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You may add a few cashews on top.
