1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 well beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. diced onions
Dash of salt

Mix all above and put in one quart greased loaf pan. Bake at 300 degrees until brown or done. Serve with sauce of your choice.
