FESTIVE STUFFING BALLS | |
1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. marjoram, crushed Saute onion and celery in butter until tender; add corn, stuffing mix, seasoning, eggs and milk. Mix well. Shape into 24 balls. Place in shallow 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour the melted butter over stuffing balls. Bake uncovered in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with turkey and gravy. |
