SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. bouillon or red table wine
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 sm. bay leaves
8 oz. can mushrooms
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 (1 lb. 12 oz.) cans whole tomatoes

Brown ground beef and sausage. Saute onion, garlic and green peppers in butter until onion is brown. Transfer browned meat and onion, pepper, garlic to large pan and all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer at low heat for 3 hours. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions and serve with sauce.
