RED RICE REVUE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup or tomatoes plus water to make 3 c. liquid1/2 c. uncooked rice

Form hamburger into balls. Brown meat; add onions, celery, green peppers, and seasonings. Then add tomato and water mixture. Stir in rice and bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour. Add more water if it becomes dry. Stir occasionally while baking.
