4 veal T-bones
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onions
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vermouth

Cook steaks and keep warm. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 10 minutes. Add vermouth and cook another 5 minutes. Spoon over steaks. Serves 4.
